the location was great, as it was very close to the city centre and within easy reach of local attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with separate toilet and bathroom facilities. the service provided by the hosts was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including a delicious Scottish Porridge. the guesthouse was conveniently located near the Edinburgh airport.
I did notice that there was limited parking available, which could be inconvenient with cars.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the rude and unhelpful staff. They seemed to be completely disinterested in our needs and made no effort to make us feel welcome.
